YEP!! I am going to try to loose 10 pounds by Christmas and be at my lowest! Watch me!!!

 I HAVE THAT WEIRD TUMMY FLU AND AN INFECTED BELLY BUTTON FOR THE PAST COUPLE WEEKS AGAIN.....ON MONDAY I WAS 152. TODAY,FRIDAY,I AM 156-57...... I HAVEN'T BEEN TAKING MY VITAMINS OR DRINKING MUCH AND EATTING LOTS AND JUST ARBS,NO WONDER. STARTING RIGHT NOW I AM DRINKING WATER AND TAKING MY VITAMINS. IN 2 WEEKS I SEE ANOTHER PLASTIC SURGEON. I WANT TO WEIGH 150. I WILL EXERCISE AS MUCH AS I CAN AND TAKE ALL MY VITAMINS AND DRINK AS MUCH WATER AS I CAN AND TRY NOT TO EAT. WISH ME GOOD LUCK.

I was asked this the other day. It got me to thinking. I remember when I went to support groups and coffees. All I did was bother with "WLS" people. Now I don't. I feel more comfortable and happier. I've lost my weight, been there, done that, ya know? I'm an "oldie" Why would I only have "WLS" friends and my life consist of support groups and coffee meetings? I am soo happy to have a life outside of that. So glad I am not obsessed. Sure it's good to have a friend or 2 who knows what you are going through and bother with them here and there,but, to have ALL my friends and life consisting of this surgery.......no way,lol! I don't want to be so judging and obsessed. Of course I will have over weight friends and non-wls friends......Jo-Anna misgroup.ca

It has been along time since I blogged. I need to loose 25 more pounds. I'll do it. It might take 6 months or 2 years, but, I know I will do it. Then I need 15 - 20 pounds of loose skin removed. That will get done too.
