Just can't get right i need help!!

I am going through this I'm at a stand still and cant lose weight and this is killing me. I know this can be done I had another baby that was about 20 lbs and then another 10 lbs from the steroids that the doctor put me on. I now have to lose 30 lbs and quick this is driving me crazy! I need to get back to my goal!!!
