I am 9 mos post and my hair is less than sparse. The texture is like dry threads! Anyone out there that can relate?

I have read there us a forum specifically for "getting back on tract." I am only 7 mos post RNY. Great progress the 1st 6 mos. Dedicated and eating wisely. I am now, in the 7th month, wanting to eat all of the time. I have been snacking on healthy food

My skin particularly on my face, shoulders and chest, has a waxy feel. I am 6 mos out from RNY. Has anyone experienced this? Is it normal? Should I be concerned?

I am 9 weeks out and I just don't have bowel movements. I have tried tea, Miralax and natural laxatives. They produce very few "rabbit pellets." Help!!😬
