In addition to my "new found fear" of this surgery being totally different from my band....I need to add when asking for advice about my travel.

I'll try and make this short...... I had band surgery 15 yrs ago and lost 130 lbs!! In the last 3-4 yrs I had to have restriction removed from band due to complications....I put on 55-60 lbs!<

I'm at 6 mos out of surgery from a revision from band to sleeve!!

My doctor said that I won't see the same results as those that started off with the sleeve. I'm trying to lose the 55-60lbs ...

So I had 2 dr's appointments yesterday in celebration of my 3 months out of VSG surgery! I'm down almost 35 lbs and I'm feeling good.

Ok I'm a little over 2 months out from VSG surgery and I'm doing well. I'm down 31 lbs as of this morning.

Can anyone recommend a recipe for me? I can't stand the taste of protein shakes and thought I could try some home made ones!

i bought the PB2 and love it.....it comes in chocolate also.....i need something desperately since I'm only out 2 month

5 days.....I'm post op almost 5 wks out....eating meats, nuts, eggs and fish...so I shouldn't have a problem right?

What is PB2? P3? I think they are some type of protein packs and that's what I'm intere
