I bought Biotin 5,000 mcg, supposed to take one daily. Is this too much? I can't seem to find our the recommended dose. Thanks.

i am starting my 4th wk. post op from gastric bypass and been eating soft foods a couple of days. The only thing I like is beans and refried beans. I cannot get in my protein. I hate shakes, I have gene pro and I swear I can taste it. I only like water

i just had surgery a few days ago and I'm depressed, I have no on to talk too. Is depression normal?
