Hi, all - Blake, Kim's husband, *just* sent me the following email: "Alison, Kim is out of surgery and Dr. Smith says it went very well. He says that it was very routine with no complications. She is in recovery now, so it will probably be at least an hour before she gets a room and I get to see her. Kim wanted me to be sure and let you know when the surgery was over. Thank you for all of your encouragement to Kim. I know that she really appreciates you. - Blake Sent wirelessly via BlackBerry from T-Mobile." So -- three cheers for another new Switch Sister! I'll be calling the hospital later today to try to talk to Kim directly if she's up for it, and I'll post again at that point.

Hello Kimmer; I know by now you're wondering if anybody got the license plate of that truck. But it's only temporary. You've made the switch and I'm so happy for you. My prayer now is that you'll have a smooth recovery, get to go home soon and start your new life. I'm so happy for you. Get some rest and start flatulating (I shouldn't have said that should I?) I wish you the best.

WOW!! Your BIG day is almost there! WOOHOO!!! Isn't it just wonderful knowing that you are going to be switcheroo'd in less than 24 hours!?!? I am so happy for you!
