Hi Kim! Thank you for your post to my profile! I took your advice and did the one thing I haven't been able to do since I moved to WA 7 yrs ago (because I haven't found a place that makes them right til now), I had a philly cheese steak! I certainly won't be able to post-op, and I loved every bite of it! Didn't feel too guilty either as I've lost the 3 lbs I gained over x-mas. I read your profile and I'm sooo impressed! I'll say a prayer for you that you find the answer to your lack of funding for your plastic surgery. That really would be the icing on your cake! You truly are an inspiration for those of us just starting on the (soon-to-be) post-op leg of this journey. I want to wish you the very best for the new year.

Kim, your new photo is beautiful. You have done an awesome job. Went into your picture trail and left a message. You just don't look like the same person. Hope I can do as well with my surgery. Hi Kim, I hope you are doing well. Just looked at your pictures and have to say: Girl you look marvelous:-) Finally got my surgery date 12/19/02, next Thursday. I'm soooo excited and happy because next year I would have had to pay 10 % for it myself with the insurance changing. Pray for me. Love, Ulli

WOW!!!!! kimberely!!! way to go.happy 1 year rebirthday..i am having my lap rny on jan.16th.i can't wait to join you and our other amos family members on the losing side.. i am so happy for you.. your wl is incredible!! i wish you the very best this holiday season.. please say a prayer for me.i have my psych eval next thursday the 12th. a little nervous,but know i will do fine. i am very proud of your success.have a merry christmas!!! :) jeanne/ca.

Kimmie, You look so wonderful! Congratulations! My surgery sister, I am so proud of you. My 135 lb loss pales in comparison to yours at 245. I love the new picture, you are going to be looking gaunt pretty soon!! GAUNT?? Can you believe it? Can't wait to see what the next 365 days has in store for us. Hopefully a date with the surgeon's scalpel, hee hee!! GREAT JOB!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Kimmie! You have so hit the nail on the head with your beliefs. I still have a time to wait. I started my journey last January and my surgery isn't until April 2, 2003. Very popular doctor. Will be having Lap surgery at MCO in Toledo. Again you said it so right....! What an inspiration you are to so many people. I've been having the jitters again about having surgery but the reasons are for real. I went into your profile and website last night. You are a very special person. You look (and I bet feel) fantastic! I've been on this website for a long time and you have set a standard for all to read about. You're just the best!
