Good MORNING fellow October BABY!!!! - and an early Happy ONE YEAR Re-birthday to you!!! I’ll be in sunny Las Vegas for a week so I wanted to send you early salutations! Hey guys just a quick note to tell all the pre-ops PLEASE do not give up . Fight with the people that are trying to stand in your way, whether it be family, friends, doctor, or insurance. This surgery is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I am 19 days post-op and I am down 26.5 pounds and 40 inches total. I am more active and I feel like I have the energy I had in high school! Good Luck to all having surgery this week and all that are losing. Good luck to all those pre-ops, hang in there you will be glad you did. Moma Angel I am so glad to see you back onthe board. I love you all! -- Karin coudriet

Hey everyone, I made it!!!! I am home and doing good. I am trying to keep walking and keep trying to drink tho I dont feel hungry or thirsty. I have to say it was not that bad, having my gallbladder removed was worse. I mainly just feel like I have been punched in the stomach really hard......LOL Thanks so much for all the well wishes and prayers! Cassandra Blake, cindy,Tammy and ther rest of you I love you! I will write later when I am up to it!!!

Hi, I just got off the phone with Karin. She is doing great! Her surgery went well yesterday and looks like she might be heading home tonight. Just thought all you wonderful amos folks would like to give her a shout out for making it to the losing side of life!
