Dear Fallon, I had surgery May 16 and I FEEL GREAT! Already I am aware that surgery is NOT the goal, it begins now. My surgery is a tool to help me on my way towards the goal ~ which is, of course, a long, active, and healthy life. I AM SO GRATEFUL TO BE ON THE OTHER SIDE… Already I love this gift from God. I was able to do this keeping my eyes on “the prize” (better health) because of the people on this website. This is a day made for you by God, I pray you will be able to rejoice and be glad in it! Falon, so glad to hear that everything went well. Be sure to do your breathing and walk as soon as they let you. I'm almost 2 wks. post op and it amazing the difference you will feel in just a few days. Our prayers are with you.
