Dear Leslie, Congrats on the plateau break but remember to eat enough. When we don't eat enough are metabolism slows down and we don't lose. I amd 15 months plus out and still eat my 6 meals a day and do not drink with me meals. Keep up your good work and pleasant losing. Blessings Janice

Dear Leslie: I haven't posted in a great while. I hope that you are doing well and that everything is moving along for you in a positive direction. 56 pounds, OMG!!!!! Leslie you are doing so FANTASTIC !!!!! I am so glad I caught your post. I have been thinking about you and now am glad to know you are great. As far as the weakness, that wont usually go away until about 6 weeks out. For me it was that way. It's normal. I bet you are feeling better already, arent ya sis? You keep it up, and Im so glad your on the LOOSING side of things now. God Bless you!!! HUGGGGGGGS {Neecee}
