Best wishes to you on your upcoming surgery. I know it seems like a long wait but it's gonna sneak up on you!!! Start now, START WATER, START PROTEIN, START EXERCISE. You will make recovery so much easier on yourself if you do. GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!
