Well Melissa, the time is drawing near. I am sure that you have a lot of emotions inside of you. Just remember you have an "angel" here to talk to if you need it. I know you have John, too. Hello SIS!!! I just wanted to tell you that I LOVE YOU and I wish that I could be there with you having the surgery too just like we had planned but I'm sorry to say this time you have to do this one without me next to you on the table but I will be there with you in spirit. You are about to give yourself the most wonderful gift you could ever imagine. Keep your hopes and spirits high and remember it will be well worth the effort and time spent. My thoughts and prayers are with you on your journey. As far as for myself I am 4 months post op tomorrow and down 90lbs. I am excited and know that i gave myself the gift of life.
