Well in 3 days I will be 3 months post op and have now gotten down to 180!!! yea!!! I am so excited, that is about 60lbs in 3 months. I could have never given myself a better gift. I feel so much better I am alot more active, am never hungry and have finally learned to get in all my water a day. I thank you all for your love and support as that is what keeps most of us focused and going down the rough road to get to the "other side". I wish you all safety and happiness through this holiday season and I will hope to post again soon. Have a GREAT WEEKEND!!! Also thank you all for the prayers and notes regarding my son hnd his elbow surgery, he is doing OK very sore and in alot of pain but he is home and we know he will heal quickly.! ^j^

Hi Emma, Just a little note to say thankyou for your message - it means a lot to me. Being over here in the UK I feel a little 'out on a limb' as not a lot of people have heard of this type of surgery, let alone had it! I AM SO HAPPY I AM FINALLY UNDER 200!!!!! I WEIGHED 195 THIS AM. THAT IS 43LBS GONE FOREVER IN 7 SHORT WEEKS. We have been truely blessed to have this option and I am wishing all the pre-ops the best of luck and just want to say you will be so happy you did this. It is the greatest gift I ever gave myself or my family. To all the post ops keep on being "BIG LOOSERS" and to all those waiting on approval GOOD LUCK. ^j^

Hi Lavonne - as I sit here posting I am listening to your phone ring - so you must nt be there. I see that your life has gottn very busy and I hope it all works out for you. Even though we have not talked in a while you are always on my mind and in my heart and you will have a friend in me forever. Tell that wonderful Ken I said hello.

Hello There Lost Friend of Mine! I just wanted to say congrats on the loss and to let you know that I too weighed in this week and I have lost another 10 pounds. I am now 10 pounds away from the century mark. So as we make this journey together I just wanted you to know I am walkng with you.

Lavonne, I am so glad everything went so well for you. I have a new e-mail address, I didn't get your update and have been so busy with school. You go girl. My surgery date is Dec 18 with Dr. whittgrove. You keep losing. Tammie P.
