Hi Merry, I saw your post on how you are feeling blue. I understand. I also think you may be surprised that there are TONS of lonely people out there who are surrounded by friends, husbands, wives, kids, etc. This may seem odd, but it's true. I guess what I'm trying to say is that lonliness (to me) is a lack of connection. We disconnect from those around us sometimes. I guess I don't really have any advice for you, I just wanted you to know that I understand. I hope you make some meaningful connections soon and live the life that you dream of. Take care.

My 1st appointment with my surgeon was supposed to be January 10, 2003. I received a call from his office to day and my appointment has been changed to ... this Friday !!!! <p><p>WhaaaaaaaWhooooooo<p><p>His office said he has had several people cancel, wanting to wait until after the holidays so maybe (cross your fingers) I'll have a surgery date alot sooner. Wish me luck. I'll let you know how everything goes ... Thanks for sharing, caring, and listening ... Merry

~~MERRY~~ Oh hon, I know how you feel. I was where you are just six months ago. I thought it was an absolute DREAM that I would be where I am today. All I can tell you is first, BE AT PEACE about your decision. KNOW that there IS help and that it's on the way. LOVE your daughter with every ounce of your being because SHE LOVES YOU NO MATTER WHAT ~ even if you're like me and don't love yourself right now. Your daughter WILL BE your biggest supporter in the end, TRUST ME ON THAT! I was absolutely FLOORED when that happened last night!!! :o) I was a single Mom, raising Briana on my own until last year when I found the Man of my Dreams on the INTERNET of all places! It's always been Briana and I against the world and for HER to tell me HOW PROUD SHE WAS OF ME, made my heart ACTUALLY HURT!!!!!!!! I was sooooooooo choked up, I could barely breathe! Please, keep in touch with me and know that I will be following YOUR " journey to the light! Mary, I pray God wraps his healing hands around you mom and she pulls through this to become well again. It sounds like you have been through the wringer worrying about her lately, she has been through a lot. Try to remember God is in control. Even if she passes, her spirit will always be with you and she will be fine. I pray for peace for you and health for you mom Tami

Mary, Please don't ever apologize for asking your friends (yes, FRIENDS) for support and prayers in your time of need!
