Ruthie: you will do fine on the 24th - that's my wls one year anniversary date and I have lost 142 lbs. First week will be a little rough, but keep a positive attitude and say a few prayers and you'll be just fine.

Well, my bags are packed. I am waiting for my mom to come pick me up so that we can drop my youngest daughter off with my stepfather. Then we are going to meet my husband at work and head to Ashland KY to stay in a hotel. I have to be at the hospital at 7:30 am tomorrow. Surgery at 8:30. I'm holding up pretty well for now. I have been hugging my kids and telling them I love them every five minutes. My oldest 2 daughters are in school and will be going to thier fathers after school and staying for about 2 weeks. I sent them off to school this morning with HUGE hugs. I am so ready to do this!!! I am going to finish reading the message board now. Hopefully by the time you hear from me again, I will be a LOSER!!!!!
