It has now been 2 weeks and I have lost 227 pounds. I shuld be happy, well I am but I lost my soul mate, my husband, a few weeks ago. Kenny was the one who helped me with this surgery, he is the one that helped make me well. I have scheduled a consultation for plastic surgery for 27 July. I can't believe I have come so far. This surgery saved my life because I know that I would have been bed ridden if I had not done something. Thank you Dr. Anez and staff for making life more livable.

Well it has almost been a year and I have been bad about posting. Weill I have lost 179 pounds. Wanted to lose 200 but I will be glad at what I have lost. I can even buy clothes at Wal-mart. Can't believe it yet. I have enough skin for donations to a burn unit at a hospital. I still want to lose another 60 pounds before I can have any surgery to correct the skin problem. It is great, the surgery saved my life.

Surgery is over and so is 40 pounds. I can't believe that I have lost that much so far. I am overjoyed. Still feeling a bit under the weather. My back aches and I am a litle uneasy on my feet. I was before the surgery so I guess that is to be expected. Will post more later.
