Sharon, it is indeed the small things we can do that make like so much easier. I haven't been able to do my toes, or rub my feet for a long time. I am thinking about having a pedicure, but am embarassed by my size and the shape my feet are in. I think I will have a friend do it....I'll let you know when I can do my own toenails.

Dear Sharon: Greetings and congratulations on being able to lotion your toes! I was so surprised when I could clip my toenails the other night! It was such a treat. Your weight loss has been incrediable, I know I can say I understand, because I've been so thrilled over my weight loss. It feels great. Tonight, we had pizza hut for supper, I ate one piece, and that didn't include any of the crust (bread just sticks around in my pouch) and I was full! This totally shocked me, because in the past I would have eaten probably the whole pizza. Anyway, I love your posts and your profile. Thank you. Sincerely, Lori Ann

Hi Sharon, Thanks so much for your e-mail. With just 9 days to go, I can use all the help I can get! My family doc won't sign me over to the surgeon until he sees me on Tuesday for yet another preop. I just hope all goes well and they sign it! UGH!! Going through the insurance and doctor stuff has really been a crazy experience! By the way, you look great! Thanks again, Colleen
