Dear Sharon, Thank you so much for your kind words of encouragement. We are in the same age group. I will be 50 on my next birthday. As I read your original postings before your surgery, I could readily identify with many of the conditions on you list..edema, back pain, sleep apnea. Thank God that this surgery is available! I feel as if I am waiting to be reborn. May all of our weightloss ideals come true! Rosemary.

sharon- thank you for the kind words--i have surgery on tuesday and i have been on the rollercoaster of emotions the past few days. i am very excited!! = ) this evening i am trying to relax and reading all the encourgement is giving me a sense of being calm!! i will keep ya posted on the days to follow. again thank you, hugz, gale

Well got the results of my blood tests. And my liver enzymes are just fine this time. Dr said after wls sometimes this will happen becasue you lose weight so fast it eats on your muscles and organs and will cause the out of wack blood tests. But I have no worries anymore and can move on to a better and happier live. I am down now 104.5 with clotes on this morning at 6.5 months out. All the rest of my blood work was all in normal limits. Can this be true I'm normal lol. Don't know if I can handle that one.
