Sharon, you are such a beautiful person! I read your AMOS post about being an EMT. I hope that dream comes true for you...again! For all the love, compassion and respect you showed people and their families in their time of need, you will be blessed in yours! Best of luck!~

4/22/02 Well yesterday I did my one month measurements and again I am down 14 7/8 total for two months 29 3/4. I weighted today and lost only 8 pounds total for two months 57 pounds. What's with this 8 pounds. I was hopeing for more am I wrong the average is 10 pounds a month. With so much the frist two months. I hope I am not going to be a failure. I still eat very little taking my vitamins and tring to get my water down ( not the 64 ozs yet) what more can I do. I am going to hit the workout place tomorrow. We live in a very small town so don't have a big club. Just have the toning tables. But they have to help.I am feeling wonderful other wise. Just gotten sick two times, boil egg, burger king broiled chicken breast. I would still do it over again with the results I have had so far.

Sharon, I can't eat boiled eggs either! I am also 7 1/2 weeks post op open RNY (Feb 22) and there isn't much you can eat on the run. I ate a boiled egg and I hurled big time. I make a little egg salad with lo-fat mayo and a little salt and pepper, that is the only way they go down. Sometimes I take a cup of yogurt in the car, or a piece of string cheese. I find I am terribly thirsty in the morning, so I eat a sugar free popsicle on the way to work. Mainly, I wait to get to work and eat cottage cheese with some pineapple chunks, my favorite breakfast. I have lost 47 lbs so far, I hope other than the egg incident, you are doing well too! MMC
