Siddy Congratulations on the awesome weight loss...and in finding a life partner that accepts you for the person you are...as we will always be that obese person as we can not forget where we came from and will always have those food demons to deal with. Siddy, 42 is a VERY low blood sugar and is usually treated with orange juice with a little sugar in it. I am a pre-op and don't know for sure what you can use, but you HAVE to get it a little higher. Not trying to scare you, but if it gets much lower, you will pass out. It can also get too high. Diabetes management is a tricky thing and needs to be monitored closely. I am sure you can find more info on line or from other AMOS ites. I am not diabetic,(YET) but it is rampant in my family. Please talk to your Dr. Elizabeth
