I wanted to congratulate you on your upcoming surgery, I'm sure you are doing a happy dance, accompanied by some "NERVES', but don't worry be happy!!!! You are in my thoughts and prayers, I hope everything goes well and you are up and out and about real soon!!!!

OK Kim: only 30 more days till you go under the Knife and Cross over here with YO MAMMA!!!! I'll be waiting for you on the other side!!!! I have to get busy, I've been so lax myself bec of new job stress and it showed up on the scale this AM. Back to the "track" again!!!! I upchucked my lunch so...here we go....protein drink... I found one protein bar i can stomach so far...I CANT FIND THE ATKINS BARS ANYWHERE...this bar is called BALANCE Gold and its Cho Peanut Butter. I could eat that from time to time...4 Fat 11g sugar and 15g Protein...not bad.

Kimberly, Best of luck in your upcoming surgery on Sept. 24th. You sure were persistant in your plight to get the insurance approval. Congratulations !! Special prayers are going out your way for a complication free surgery and speedy recovery. Keep your chin up and it will be over before you know it. Take care and God Bless !!
