Well Nancy's fever broke yesterday but now she's developed "Thrush". She could use some cheering up so if you can call please feel free to do so.

Hi all......I just wanted to let everyone know that I spoke to Nancy via telephone yesterday and even with the fact that she has a temperature and a minor case of pnuemonia she was still her cheerful, warm, caring, unselfish self. I probably did't even get the words out "How do you feel" and she was already in her "MOM MODE" asking how I was. She's such a wonderful person. One thing that Nancy is disapointed about is the fact that she has to stay in the Hospital longer then what she was supposed to. She said the DRs told her Monday. I know she wanted to be home for Mother's Day to be with her very supportive family. So let's get the prayer train going so Nancy can get home where she belongs. ((((((HUGS))))))) Love,Angela

Nancy has developed a "minor" case of pneumonia. I spoke to the doctor and he said the problem with the breathing tube may have resulted in saliva entering the lung. All tests are normal except for a temperature, rapid heart rate, and the fluid in the lung. She's going to have to stay in the hospital a bit longer but she's much more alert now. Bob

We arrived at 9:30 A.M., rolled into the O.R. at noon but they had a problem inserting the breathing tube so the surgery didn't start until 1:30 P.M. The surgery went fine and lasted until around 4:00 P.M. Nancy threw Tara and I out at 6:00 P.M.
