I have to admit, waking up in recovery Tuesday was hard, harder than I expected.  For some reason when the lady asked my pain on a scale of 1-10 I said "oh a 5 or 6" this was the drugs talking... it was more like a 10 I mean hello I remember moaning like freaking crazy.  Anyways Tuesday was a bit rough, just in pain, groggy, and iritated that I could have nothing to drink.  I spent the day and night being dehydrated and couldn't get anyone to up my IV speed.  Oh well, other than that things were pretty good.  I did get very sick to my stomach Wednesday AFTER the IV had been removed and we had to take a detour to walgreens to pick up some zofran before travelling home, but every moment since has gotten better and better.  I've lost over 20lbs in 2weeks, mostly pre-op, but definately excited for this new adventure in my life!
