So today marks my second day on Opti.  I was weighted at the hospital for my pre-admission yesterday, and clocked in at 5'5" and 261lbs, with a body fat percentage of 29%—also my highest weight ever.

I didn't get a chance to take my measurements yesterday, but I wanted to make a point of taking "before" measurements, so here they are:

• WAIST:  44.5"
• NECK:  15.5"
• BICEP:  15.5"
• FOREARM:  10.25"
• CHEST:  47.75"
• RIBS:  46"
• HIP:  53"
• THIGH:  29"
• CALF:  19.5"
