7.Attend Support Group
8.Submit to Insurance
9. Upon approval get Surgery Date
  10. Meet with Nurse for survey and picture
11.Start Liquid Protein Diet
12.Pay Bariatric Program fee on Surgery Day for aftercare :o)
13. Begin my new life!!!
