Surgery to remove my skin seems so far out of reach

I don't know what to do. 23K here in Chicago and 14K in mexico. I want to cry I can never save that much on our income. Hell I am on state medical and food stamps. I want the skin gone because it makes shopping for clothes difficult. I cant wear denim and all the boils on my ass suck. I hate the way it feels and the noises it makes during my daily workouts. Blah See the skin in action during a workout
