"Everyone was great, especially the nurse who atteneded in the OR. She was so comforting. I was in recovery for 8 hours because my room wasn't ready, but the nurse there was great! When I finally went to my room in the ICU dept, I had another wonderful nurse. My negative experiences came when I was moved to my main room. The nurses were very busy, and I had to wait 20-45 in when I pushed the call bell. Also my floor was a mess and no one cleaned it until the day I left."
