Back on the wagon

Feb 02, 2009

I spent 15 days at my mom and dad's while they were gone and I ate like crazy I did not follow my new way of living and gained almost ten pounds. Now I am home and back on the wagon.  I am trying some meal replacements that the sell at my Light-weighs program and will see how they work for me so far this week I lost 6 pounds (sense Sunday) I am feeling pretty tired but the Doctor said that was normal for the first week on the low cal diet.  This is something I have always said would not work for me but I also said I would never have WLS so I am trying to see what really dose work and trying to stay motivated because if I have to go through this 6 month program to get my wls I should take advantage of it and believe that if I put the right foods in my body it will work for me.  I don't really feel hungry I am eating a lot of veggies and 3 shakes and a small dinner.  I tend to want to eat something sweet after dinner so I think I will make some sugar free Jell-o today and see if that dose the trick.
