One more month

Wow, in only one month, I will be having my surgery!!!  I'm so very excited for this big change in my life!  I'm ready to lose this weight.  I have not been doing well the past 2 or 3 weeks though.  I think I have that 'last meal' syndrome b/c I have been eating all kinds of things I want to eat and think I'll never be able to eat again.  I know this is absurd and bad for me.  I'm going to really work on that for the next month so I can be really ready for this wonderful change in my life.  I'm a little worried about the 2 weeks of liquid diet I will be doing before my surgery, but I have already decided I will succeed at that.  I think it will be mostly difficult for the first few days or week, but then hopefully, I will get used to it.  I'm also a little worried about after my surgery and my daughter.  She is 2, and I know I won't be able to pick her up for a while, and I don't think she will understand.  I had my gallbladder removed this summer, and we got through that okay.  I wonder if this surgery will take me longer to be able to pick her up than when I had my gallbladder surgery?  I have my pre op appointment on December 2, and I will meet with the dietician during that as well.  So ready for this!!
