Nauseous

Oct 10, 2009

Okay Chicken White Meat dry is hard for me to get down. Ground Beef is too greasy and makes me nauseous. Hot dogs as well.  Crab meat helps.  Couldn't sleep for days then I had a bite of pizza and was knocked out.  Post DS I feel more jittery.  I can't keep cleaning all day.  Haven't gone back to the gym but I will be 3 weeks out in another day or so.  So will hit the gym then.  I found protein shakes to be disgusting.  I am just drinking them like medicine.  I need to find a better one.  I can't wait to go for a swim. Relationship wise I can't get why guys don't just bug off when you absolutely pay them no mind. I mean when I was totally head over heels it was a problem and now that I am just reaching the point of pure disgust I can't shake this guy if I wanted to.  I mean females usually take the soft approach to breaking up like distance. I think I will have to be more direct and real soon.   I know people say relationships break up after WLS but I think with females that was on our to do list anyway.

Weight loss schedule. EWL

Oct 10, 2009

Highest Known Weight 374.4
Morning of Surgery  9/21/09 357.8
Today 10/10/09= 334.4 = -23.4
40lbs lower than highest weight.

Weight loss Schedule for me is as follows.

25% loss by 2 month post op
50% loss by 6 months post op and
80% loss by one year post op

so for me that would look like

100% loss = 192 pounds
25% loss = 48 pounds
50% loss = 96 pounds
80% loss = 153.6pounds

and a schedule would be
309.8 by Nov 21st 2009
261.8 by March 21, 2010 and
204.2 by Sept 21st. 2010
165.0 by March 2011 (18 Months out)

just wanted to jot this here so I dont lose track

I want to feel better

Oct 03, 2009

Ate 1/2 a sandwich wheat bread with cheese day before yesterday.  That was a no no. Diarhea all night long. I was just trying to find something that worked. I amtrying to get  away from the gas.  It is not working.  I tried Gas X strips.  Not potent enough. Will try the chewables then Align probiotic.  Overall over the last couple of days I have been weak weak weak.  I think I feel good and then I am sleep for the day.. For a few days I couldn't sleep because of the gas. I just want to feel better. I dont have buyers remorse because I know the weight has to come off but this is not a cake walk.  Feeling down because I think I would feel better if one thing would just be easy!! Maybe I will feel better later. Suprisingly enough friends are not around as others have predicted.  Which really sucks as well. Oh well God will help me through as he has done before.
