I Lost My First 3 lbs.

Since I found out that my health is really poor - kidney disease, prediabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesteral and sleep apnea, I decided to make some changes. It's been a couple of weeks since I gave up diet pepsi, salt and chocolate and I've already lost three lbs. I haven't been actively trying to lose weight but am making healthier choices and eating less. Also, drinking more water.

It's been over 2 years that I've weighed 237 and it's great to see a lower number on the scale. At 234 my next goal is to get under 230. I will do this. I want to be 200 lbs. by my surgery date and I'm confident that I can do it.

And so my journey begins...
