"Had a fabulous experience with Dr. Long at Sibley Hospital in DC. He was caring, direct, kind, and extremely good about answering questions. the office staff is above-average. it's a small-ish program so there's a lot of attention paid to each patient. Brian Wallace, the FNP who runs the program was always available on the phone for questions, concerns, fears, etc. very friendly and knowledgeable and i felt very well taken care of.
dr long has great surgical competence and very good bedside manner. one issue i did have in the hospital was not getting some maintenance medications with very nasty side effects if stopped suddenly, which was a problem that i've addressed with him
i would go back to dr. long and the program at sibley without hesitation. from surgeon to office staff it's a top-notch program."
