Psyche and my Nutrition Appt.

Psyche and my Nutrition Appt. today (3-26-09) .They went really well, both ladys were really nice.After I was done with both of them. I had to get to my next appt with physical therapy. That went really well she said i was doing great with my workouts she said it will help me so much after surgery to get up and moving faster. I also jumped on and weighed when i was at the dr. guess what! I have dropped 6 more pounds I was so happy!! Well that is all I have got for right now. I will post more later.. Arliene
