Well here I am....
Feb 24, 2013
I have been gone a while. I moved to Maine in June with my MIL. Things didn't work out so well, so we moved again in NOV..Still in Maine. I have 30-40 more lbs to go before I reached my goal weight. I have been slacking MAJORLY and need to get my ass back on track..PRONTO!! I just don't know where to start. I haven't gained, but I haven't lost too much either. I have a total of about 121lbs gone. My fiance doesn't want me to lose any more weight. I look totally different. I will update pics soon. I have been wondering about this DASH diet thing. My fiance has BP issues and I was looking into it for him, but I thought it wouldn't be bad for me either. I have discovered a few things since I had the surgery...#1, carbs are DEF not my friend. I get horrible gas(TMI, sry). I figured out(which is bad)that I really don't dump that bad. I do feel like crap if I eat too much sugar, but it passes quickly. I am trying to cut my carbs and sugar, but I found that if I eat some good carbs I lose more than if I cut them out totally. #2, I really need to exercise and Maine winters are not friendly for that. I can't wait until the spring so I can walk my butt off.
I am going to be more active on here. I think I need the support.
