S, congrats on losing 100 lbs. You are so right, life changes with weight loss surgery in many ways but the head games can be terrible. I decided that my mind would take a long time to catch up with my body and that is ok. One day at a time I will always fight the food demon and one day at a time I will continue to win the battle.
