Was able to drink two OptiFast today and learned that I have already lost 8 lbs in 4 days on Optifast...
I haven't lost more than 5 lbs working my butt off for 6 months at the gym... personal trainor and all...lol
Maybe I could get used to this stuff if it works this good.

No tears today :)
