Six more sleeps until the surgery.  Oct 2nd is coming up so fast and I still haven't figured out child care while in hospital.
Family are not all jumping to care for my three girls but, oh well, will figure something out.

I'm having a grumpy, irritable day !!  Not sure why??  Maybe it was bringing the kids to the movie and not eating any of that yummy popcorn... but I really didn't struggle too much with that....

Definety sick of the shakes... but I have lost 14 lbs in one week.... bringing under the 40 BMI for the first time in a long time...

This surgery feels like its a wedding... like I'm getting married to someone that I'm unsure about marrying but all the plans have been made, people invited, decorations, cake purchased.... how do you back down now.... don't think I would but it feels like its an absolute / so perminant.... and thats sooo scary....
