One week down, one week to go!

So today is day 7 - SEVEN- that means I have made it through my first week!!! I can't believe it... I only have seven more days to go.  wait- that sounds scary and way to long... but this first week has seems to go by rather quickly -or did it???? Geez I dont know maybe i am just getting nerously excited becasue one week is done and in another week I will be there. 

January 17th is the day I started to set this process in motion.  That is the day i spent doing tons of research and making phone calls and setting up doctors appointments and doing more research.  boy oh boy i never though I would be here now looking at only 7 days to go. 

Well this seven days i have lost seven pounds so I feel like i have made the right decision an i am keeping my head up and looking toward the 15th!
