First Fill

So today was my first fill
Went in stepped on thier scale - down 7 pounds from the last time i was there  - which was 4 weeks ago - so that is 7 pounds lost in 4 weeks.  and I go for my second fill in another 4 weeks... So I am super excited to see how this fill goes and how much more weight comes off!!! i am gonna go to the gym tonight... First time in forever!  so excited to finally get back to gym also!
