"This doctor is very straightforward up front. No gloss and a very bland bedside manor. He is a world class surgeon and comes with that aura. He states the facts and allows you to ask questions and answers, unlike some doctors I've met over the last couple of years. This is a surgeon that receives a lot of referrals so he is hard to reach but his staff is always available and answers all concerns. The staff is all ethnic and sometimes they don't \"get\" what you are asking but there are enough of them that you eventually get someone who can answer questions. His scheduling nurse is very responsive which is a good thing. After talking to a few other physicians in other specialties I come to find that he is one of the surgeons training other doctors in the RNY procedures so it helped me to feel more confident in his ability."
