Hi Brenda, I had my surgery 13 days ago and it is the best thing I could have ever done! I am losing inches AND weight already. I know you will be happy with your decision and I know you will do well. You signed my surgery card and yes, your web pages were a GREAT help to me. Good luck and best wishes. HELLO from one foster Mom to another, Saw that your date is fast approaching!! You will be so glad that you have done this for yourself. In less then 2 months I have seen a 90 pound loss and countless inches. Get yourself up and walk all you can after surgery and learn to allow the pain meds to help you through the tough days!! Angel coming in for an update...My wonderful friend Brenda is only 4 days and a wake up to joing all the post-ops out there. She's a wonderful Mom and a angel in her own right.(She's also a foster Mom). So lets seed some extra love and good vibes her way and sign her surgery page and everyone elses. It's a great way to start your day and share a smile. To everyone out there in the AMOS family, have a wonderful day no matter what stage of the journey your in.

Brenda, Congratulations on your upcoming surgery! I hope everything goes great and I wish you good luck and good health with your recovery. The first 2 weeks are the toughest after an open but it will get a little better each day. And it is soooo worth it. A WLS friend,

Brenda! Good luck - you are probably the most prepared person I have run across - if anyone comes out shining it will be YOU.
