LOSING REGAIN.....

I am in need of anyone that has or is doing the Inspire Diet Box.

How it is, am I going to really struggle? What am I getting myself into? Will it help me?

What has been your experience with it?

Looking for advise, encouragemen, support and friendly advise is needed.
