I have just finished filling out the application i now need pcp letter and a pshy evultation then i go to first seminar the 17th of this month dr. nease is giving this seminar i will update more as when i know what is going on
iam 22yrs old i have a 3 yr old daughter iam 5'9" and weigh 371 pounds i have high blood pressure diabetes high cholestoral and sleep apnea i cant walk far i get out of breath i have hard time trying to tie my shoes so i hope i can get approved with no problem i aslo have the medical card so hope they approve it

am still on machine for breathing and just found out today that the medical card approved my cpap and my doctor office says it will take them 2 weeks to get my records sent to dr. nease now all i need is my pschy evulation and i filed for ssi in nov 05 and had to see one of there doctors 7th of this month and now been told they have made a decision already just have to wait for letter and i have lot of people says it is odd they made decision already well will update more later
1-31-06 went to doctor today and have to mri done on right knee something about maybe a baker cyst well up date later
have had the mri done on my knee tuesday the 14th i have my stress test and echo test done
i also filed appeal on my ssi

TUESDAY 21ST AT 10:45 I HAVE APPOINTMENT FOR PSCHY EVAULATION IN JACKSON KY THEY TAKE THE MEDICAL CARD AND ALL I HAVE TO PAY IS $5 YEA
yep it was wonderful til i tried to set up transportation with lklp medical transportation they say ineed referral from my doctor before they can take me to jackson now what do i do do i try to get the doctor or the surgeon to fax lklp a referral so i can get there tuesday

hello well i had appointment for tomorrow injackson ky for pschy eval but mts (lklp) could not take me cause they did not send my referral to frankfort so it got denied any one else have names of pschy i can see that takes the medical card maybe a little closer to ashland i went ahead and reschedule appointment and try again this time my doctor is to send referral to frankfort but if there are others let me know
ok well my appointment is reschedule for march 1st am still fighting with my doctor office and lklp and frankfort about the referral ugh they all keep telling me of closer place which is pathways and he dont take the card for that is there any one who might be willing to take me to this appointment who live in ashland or close by i was told of one in moorehead but have no transportation to none of these i will offer gas money if someone wuld be able to take me to jackson ky it is 3 hr 56 mins from ashland or if u live close to doctor that takes the card and would be able to take me there just what ever would be easier iam ready to give up if lklp and frankfort and the nurses at the doctor office dont get the referral stuff done i dont know what else to do :-@

well just got back from seeing my pcp my stress test showed a little leak but came back ok other than that it was ok echo test was ok i have some kind of artritst in knees and my pcp said i really need this surgery i just emailed kim miller to see if she got copy of records that was sent to her on the 10 of this months later

well i just sit appointment up with dr. prater for april 6 at 1 pm he said since iam already in treatment with another doctor at pathways he can try to bill medical card if not to have the cash with me that is so cool of him to try to do that first yea

JUST GOT HOME DR.NEASE SAY IAM A CANADATE FOR SURGERY WE GOING TO DO LAP SOON AS I GO TO FIRST DIETICIAN I CAN CALL DR. NEASE OFFICE AND THEY WILL GET STUFF SENT TO MEDICAL CARD TO GET IT APPORVE HE WOULD LIKE FOR ME TO LOSE 5-10 POUNDS
6/23/06 got phone call yesterday i go the 12th july for class with tabitha and the 18th for perop appointment the 18th and my surgery is the 19th.
7/10/06 God i cant wait only 9 days left before i have surgery i have my class with tabitha this week
hello i got to go home friday evening still a little sore especiall around jp tube. i got to hospital wensday at 6:45 am got called into holding room bout 8:45 am and sat there til 3 0r later in in the afternoon before finally got to go back.i was in my own room between 7-8 that night. i was told i got sick in recovery and then on first walk nurse put me back to bed cause i started acting like i was going to get sick. dr. nease released me friday at 3:15 pm but i did not get to leave until 6 or 7 that night. then i could not fill the medicine dr nease wrote out so i had to have my pcp had to call one in the my pcp called in my pain medicine in pill form so had to call dr nease to see if i could take them. but other than that im ok

i saw dr. nease to day had tube removed wired made me sick i have to do liquids til next week i am so dying for something other thanliquids i

i had appointment with dr. nease today lost 35 lbs in 6 weeks feeling better back in class that y i have not updated lately been trying to get my ged which i might be able to take by end of the year.yay
i think these are wow moments .... i wear size 12 ring well yesterday i was trying to get my daughter's seatbelt on her and my ring fell of my finger. 2nd my bras are falling off and 3rd tonight i was able toshave my whole leg not just go so far and stop.my clothes are even getting baggy and falling off this is cool.

The 19th of this month will make a year since my surgery. I lost 108 pounds went from a size 34 in womens to 18/20/22 i feel great .

Well It has been awhile since I have updated. I was supposed to see Dr. Nease in October but had no way there. I have went from 369 pounds to 260 then up to 270. Yes weight gain. I'm not sure what to do to get back on track I'm thinking about starting the diet over with just liquids for awhile then work my way back up . I just never ever feel full ever. Iam wearing 18/20 in pants . But with the helps of my friends from here I know I can do it. Thanks to all who read this and support me.

Well I figured out why I was gaining weight back it is due to having an IUD put in. I have gained 20 lbs back sine I had it put it.. so I will be having it taken out
Hello everyone it is 1-13-2010 I know i have not updated in a while. but here it is. I got down to 260 pounds. And currently back up to 343 pounds. I know that is bad. July 19th will be 4 years since Dr. Nease did my surgery. In December of 2008 I had to have an endoscope done. Everything was fine with it. I just recently switched to Dr. Wheeler for my doctor. Cause I have no way back and forth to Huntington. He just order blood work, and a bone density scan, and is doing another endoscopt the 5th of Feburary. I am having issuse with my stomach. Can't hardly eat. It feels like I have a knot on each side of my stomach and it is tender to touch. I may talk to Dr. Wheeler about a revision.
