Is this common problem for people who have had weight loss surgery because 16 months out and still can't figure out what's causing it. I have gas 24-7.

My Serum Iron number was 63 range 30-160. My Nut said that's fine just keep taking 4 Perfect Iron 1 1000  Vit C which I took for 10 weeks had labs done. I upped it to 6 pills to get number up do you think that is ok if she said to just keep taking 4 ?I

What fruit is safe to use , want to add protein powder to it? not sure of sugar content in frozen fruit is safe.
