Well, I just got back from taping for the Montel Williams Show. I flew to NY with my husband to be a guest on the Big Medicine segment of the Montel show. It was a lot of fun, but I am so nervous about it being aired. I said some things that I wouldn't normally say, because I was so nervous. I am also worried that "the after shots" of me will not look much different than my "before shots". I have lost 140 lbs, and I still can't see the weight loss. I hope that I am perceived well after people watch the show. Time will tell ....
