"I first met Dr. Finnell at an informational meeting about WLS. He was very forthcoming about the risks and rewards of the surgery. Dr. Finnell isn't a man of many words, but I actually found his demeanor pretty relaxing and laid-back. For my first pre-op appointment, Dr. Finnell was two hours late. I found this somewhat disconcerting, but he made up for it by being very attentive and informative. The office staff at Solutions is so friendly and helpful, returning calls almost immediately after they are made. The surgery went well with no complications, and I am glad I chose Dr. Finnell. Overall, I would rate him a 10!"
