SO I AM ABOUT TOGO SEE DR. KELLER (INTERNAL MEDICINE DR) FOR MY LAST APPT W/ HIM....DUE TO INSURANCE, I'VE HAVE HAD TO SEE HIM FOR 6 MONTHS...SO THIS IS MY LAST APPT!!!  I GO SEE THE NUTRIONIST AT THE HOSPITAL ON FRIDAY...THEN WAIT UNTIL FEB 16TH TOGO TO THE PHYSC DR. I TRIED CALLING TODAY TO SEE IF THEY HAD A SOONER APPT (BUT THE RUDE FRONT DESK LADY) SAID NO! SO I'M JUST WAITING FOR THE 16TH THEN ALL MY PAPERWORK WILL BE FAXED TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY! EVERYONE KEEP THEIR FINGERS CROSSED FOR ME! I'M SO ANXIOUS AND READY FOR THIS JOURNEY TO BEGIN...HOPEFULLY WILL HAVE MY SURGERY DATE IN MARCH 09!!!    STAY TUNED.

January 2009 Update!

Well since my last post in August, things have kind of been set back. Due to the Hurricane(s) in the area of which I live (aug/sept 08) 2 of my appts go post-poned due to us being evacuated! Buttttttttttt I go for my last appt w/ Dr. Keller (internal medicine dr) tommorrow, and then to my nutrionist friday! the letter should be sent to the insurance company tommorrw....then all i have todo is WAIT!!!!!!!    anyone have some advice to get my more prepared than i already am! i'm beyong estatic about EVERYTHING!!!!!!  still waiting though......... PATIENTLY :]

**August Update**
well i was approved for my surgery! which is very very exciting news! although i do have togo see a internal dr for 6 months prior.. having the surgery is set in stone! i have been to 3 doctor appointments, and have 3 more togo! time is flying by so fast and i am looking to have my surgery by october or november, and let me tell you.. i am THRILLED! i have a lot of stuff going through my mind..but all and all i couldnt be more happy! life, my job, friends, family...everything is going great!

I go in for my 1st consultation with Dr. Hahn on Feb. 21st! I am real  excited, and can not wait to see what the final outcome will be!

Will keep you updated when I have more information.
