Have any of you tried ch ch chia seeds? (not the pets)

 I heard that adding Chia Seeds to your drink or yogurt can provide you with many benefits such as: Protein, Omega 3's, Fiber, provide energy and will help in making you feel fuller longer. I am going to give them a try this weekend. I am checking with my Nut first to make sure they are safe for us WLS Post op's. But I did find a video blogger on Youtube that has tried this and swore by it. I heard it is better than Flax Seed. You can also sprout them. I am going to just drink mine in some Rasberry Green Tea Crystal Light.
