Almost a year out.. From Fat to Fit!

 Once upon a time there was a girl that was obese. She didn't want to admit it for a long time. She got up every morning and slid on her size 22 pants and oversized shirts thinking that hiding under them would prevent others from seeing that she was truly unhappy. 

Today that girl wears a size small or medium. Size 8 pants and doesn't hide. She looks in the mirror with confidence as she sees that not only can she be seen but she can be proud of her accomplishments. 

A year ago: 242 lbs, wearing size 22 and miserable





Today: Wearing a size SMALL dress! Weighing 145 lbs and never happier!
