I have 15 lbs to go!!!

 OK, checking in after my surgery and letting you all know I am doing fine. I had a rough past week. I haven't been getting my fluids met and have had extremely low blood pressure. Making me feel like I wanted to pass out whenever I stood up. And going to the bathroom has been excrutiating! The surgery itself went really well. I got to keep both ovaries, they meshed up my uterus and they tied up my bladder which was coming down. They told that overall things couldn't have turned out better.

The problem began when I got home and the drain that was for draining urine until I could go on my own BROKE! The valve that drained just broke off. So I began to fill up and couldn't drain it. I was miserable! I finally had the whole drain removed. Then a day later I came down with Strep Throat. I lost a total of 10 lbs in a week. This sounds great in theory but it was because my throat was on fire and I didn't feel like eating. So I imagine it will come back. I finally am able to go to the bathroom but it is still very painful. I am hoping that this week I can increase my water, protein, and get past the pain stage of this journey. My throat is better. I am on Arithromiacin. I'm staying strong!

Hope everyone else is doing fine! My birthday is Friday and I want to celebrate this new me! Weighing in today at 150 lbs!
